Butter Chicken

This is Genie in a bottle!

1 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. butter
1 large onion diced
4-6 cloves of garlic minced
3 large boneless chicken breasts
2 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 can water
4 tbsp. butter chicken seasoning
2 cup heavy cream (18% or higher)

Heat saucepan over med-high heat. Add oil, butter and onions and cook until lightly brown (3-4 minutes). Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add chicken, tomato paste, seasoning and water. Cook for 6-8 minutes until paste is cooked. Add cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over basmati rice or naan. Enjoy!

Substitute the heavy cream with coconut milk or yogurt to your liking.

Do the Dip

Our fan favorite dip. Very commonly made with Garlic Galore, you can also use Dill, Ranch, or Onion and Garlic for this superb dip. You and your guests will eat this up!

1 tsp your favorite dip seasoning
1/2 cup Mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 tsp Milk for texture

Mix all ingredients together, cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2-3 hours before serving. Overnight is best.

Alternatively dip bases can be substituted for Greek yogurt or cream cheese. Play around with combinations to create your own dip sensation!
