Butter Chicken

This is Genie in a bottle!

1 tbsp. oil
4 tbsp. butter
1 large onion diced
4-6 cloves of garlic minced
3 large boneless chicken breasts
2 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
2 can water
4 tbsp. butter chicken seasoning
2 cup heavy cream (18% or higher)

Heat saucepan over med-high heat. Add oil, butter and onions and cook until lightly brown (3-4 minutes). Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add chicken, tomato paste, seasoning and water. Cook for 6-8 minutes until paste is cooked. Add cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over basmati rice or naan. Enjoy!

Substitute the heavy cream with coconut milk or yogurt to your liking.
