Add oil, butter and onions and cook until lightly brown (3-4 minutes). Add garlic and stir for 30 seconds. Add chicken, tomato paste, seasoning and water. Cook for 6-8 minutes until paste is cooked. Add cream and simmer for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over basmati rice or naan.
